FAQ

SMB AI Training FAQ

Common questions about our AI-powered business programs.

Do I need technical experience to start?

No. The Beginner track assumes zero AI experience. We start with prompting fundamentals and build from there.

Can I skip to the Intermediate or Advanced track?

Yes. Intermediate is a fit with 12+ months of hands-on AI use or established revenue. Advanced is for teams already running AI day-to-day who want to build their own LLM workflows, RAG systems, or agents. We assess fit during consultation.

What is the Advanced (AI-Native Operator) track?

Three deeper courses for teams that have outgrown one-off prompting: a prompt engineering playbook with a shared team library, a RAG knowledge base built on your own SOPs and FAQs with citations, and supervised AI agents for lead qualification, invoice triage, and inbox routing.

What tools and subscriptions do I need?

Most courses use free tiers or trials (Claude, ChatGPT, Framer, Wix, Zapier, HeyGen). We provide a tool checklist before each course.

How is this different from the Enterprise track?

Enterprise focuses on cybersecurity, product security, and technical team training. SMB focuses on AI-powered business growth: marketing, sales, operations, and digital presence.
